Important Updates on Billing and our Services

Important Updates on Billing

We've made some important updates to our billing system. Please read the following information carefully.

Effective January 1, 2026, we will be adopting a new billing system for all our services. Here are the important changes you need to know:

Prepaid Services

Previously, all prepaid services had a shared grace period of 3 days.

Now, if you do not have a valid payment method on file, your service will be suspended immediately after the expiration date.

Your monthly invoice will be sent to you 10 days before the expiration date. You can choose to pay it immediately or wait for the automatic charge to be processed.

Here is the automatic charge schedule:

  • 1st attempt: 3 days before the expiration date
  • 2nd attempt: 1 day before the expiration date
  • 3rd attempt: the day of the expiration date
  • 4th attempt: 1 day after the expiration date
  • 5th attempt: 3 days after the expiration date

If payment is still unsuccessful after the 5th attempt, your service will be suspended. You can still pay the invoice to resume your service.

For customers experiencing foreign exchange (FX) rate issues with their card issuer, you can opt in to have automatic charge attempts occur on weekdays only.

We now support the following additional payment methods:

  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Amazon Pay
  • Cash App

Invoice-based Services

Payment instructions are now available on your invoice and on our website. In addition to ACH and SWIFT, we now support the following payment methods:

  • Wise
  • Stablecoins (PYUSD, USDC, USDP)
